One of the best stays I've had in a hotel! Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. I stayed with my husband, one year old baby, and 9 year old bernese. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even with a slight mixup with our room (a guest with the same name, what are the chances!?) Everything went smoothly and things were resolved in just a few minutes. The hotel had a lot of families staying and larger groups and it was still very quiet. Breakfast was great, good selection and fresh! We had some extra time and took a swim in the pool which was very clean and it was nice they had clean towels for guests as well. Easy to get to location made it even better, Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for 20 nights. It was a great stay! Everyone who works here is FRIENDLY. The hotel is clean and everyone, even the hotel manager, pulls together to keep it that way. I saw the manager mop, take out garbage, clean up the grill area... HE IS ON IT! We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was very quiet, we never had any issues with noise at night.

Perfect for close to shopping & the Columbus Zoo! Stayed just for 1 night but the hotel was very clean! Clean rooms, the indoor pool was clean(I don’t think it was a heated pool, but wasn’t too bad). They do serve breakfast but we didn’t eat any so not sure how it is. They do charge $50 fee that’s refundable but I’m pretty sure most hotels do that.

Great stay! Arrived in the late evening and was really frustrated my digital key wasn’t ready. Receptionist was super friendly and patient with this tired, grouchy traveler. She kindly recommended I receive a room key since the digital one might take a while. Sure enough by the time I was getting settled in my room, the digital key was ready. Thank you for the hospitality.

Convenient location with plenty of restaurants nearby, and a Walmart not too far away for anything else one might need while traveling. The rooms are clean, the staff is wonderful. A couple things to note: during rush hour, leaving depends on the kindness of other drivers letting you merge in. There are only two exits, both onto Fisher Rd., which can get pretty congested during certain times of day. Second, of all the Home2's, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn's, and other Hilton establishments I've stayed at, this location is the only one I've been at that doesn't have liquid hand soap and lotion near the sink, nor a conditioner dispenser in the shower. You get bar soap and a little squeeze bottle of conditioner instead. So if you're prone to dry skin, pack accordingly, especially during the winter.

I loved that place. Sheila was an amazing person. Since I met her she was above and beyond with her customer service. As a Nurse Practitioner, I recognize her empathy and compassion with every single person that she has spoken. Thanks Sheila for an awesome service and make my vacation memorable.

Very clean lobby with friendly associates. I was greeted immediately. My room is spacious, clean and bright. The hotel lobby, hall and room all smell good,without being intrusive. I highly recommend staying at this particular Hilton establishment!

I had an amazing experience during my stay, thanks to the incredible night crew, Emanuel and Raquel. From the moment I arrived late in the evening, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They didn’t just do their jobs—they went the extra mile with genuine care and attention. Whether it was answering my questions, making sure I was comfortable, or handling small details that made a big difference, Emanuel and Raquel were both professional, kind, and thoughtful. Their dedication truly stood out, and it made my stay that much more enjoyable. Hotels are only as good as the people who run them, and Emanuel and Raquel are a perfect example of how excellent service can make all the difference. I am truly grateful for their efforts and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff cares about their guests.
